With over 5 years of marketing experience and 15 years in customer service, Jordan Johnston has built her career on understanding people—what they need, how to solve their problems, and how to connect authentically. Her time working on the frontlines of customer service taught her to listen closely, communicate effectively, and build trust. As a consumer herself, she has seen firsthand what works and what doesn’t when it comes to creating meaningful relationships.

After moving to a rural community with her boyfriend and welcoming their first daughter, Jordan’s life took an unexpected turn. Denied maternity leave due to insufficient hours, she made the pivotal decision to take control of her financial success and create a business she could be proud of.

Armed with a diploma in Print & Online Journalism, Jordan transitioned into social media marketing, expecting a natural fit for her skills. However, managing a new business while raising a baby proved to be an enormous challenge. Over those first five years, she made mistakes, learned valuable lessons, and discovered her determination and resilience.

By 2024, Jordan had gained the clarity and focus needed to revamp her business. What began as Razzle Marketing transformed into Authentic Growth Co., a brand dedicated to helping small business owners, entrepreneurs, and sales teams grow through relationship-driven marketing strategies. Authentic Growth Co. empowers its clients through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and tailored services designed to deliver real results.
